TSA Collaboration

PDX airport has been named the best airport in the USA for four years in a row. They pride themselves on being extremely efficient throughout their entire process. I was given the opportunity to work with my friend who works for the TSA to redo all of the signage at the PDX airport. The goal was to decrease the number of times that they need to re-scan passengers going through the checkpoint. This project was co-designed with Sarah Markstaller and the account was managed by Matt McConnell.
